Summer on the Plaza // Grand Performances

For those of you looking for fun stuff to do in Downtown LA this summer, be sure to check out Brookfield Properties' FREE concert series, "Summer on the Plaza." The series includes performances on June 9, 16, and 23 -- in the evening -- at 7+Fig at Ernst & Young Plaza, on June 11, 18, and 25 -- in the afternoon -- at the Bank of American Plaza Farmer's Market, as well as a screening of Desperately Seeking Susan on June 19 and an ongoing California African American Museum exhibition through July 30.

I can't say I've heard of N'Dambi, Café R&B, or Mateo, but free music during lunch on Fridays sounds good to me!
